IL MAESTOSO. IL FLYBRIDGE FERRETTI YACHTS 920 DEBUTTA AL CANNES YACHTING FESTIVAL 2017 (12-17 SETTEMBRE).
Il nuovo superyacht Ferretti Yachts 920 nasce della collaborazione fra il Comitato Strategico di Prodotto, il Dipartimento Engineering Ferretti Group e lo Studio Zuccon International Project.
Tra le novità di questo superyacht dallo scafo lungo 23,98 metri, vi è l’innalzamento della prua dello scafo che, oltre a conferire una decisa presenza in acqua, ha consentito l’introduzione della suite padronale wide body sul ponte di coperta.
Il capodibanda, che prosegue oltre i camminamenti a murata penetrando, come una lama, nella finestratura della cabina armatore, contribuisce a regalare allo yacht un tocco di aggressività in più.
L’area a prua è la più grande di sempre per un Ferretti Yachts di queste dimensioni. Il flybridge, coperto da un cristallo debitamente oscurato, è un ponte panoramico dedicato al relax, soprattutto nella zona centrale e poppiera.
Il 920 è proposto in due layout di cui il primo a 3 cabine sfoggia una master suite matrimoniale full beam a centro barca, una seconda VIP sulla murata di sinistra e una terza cabina a letti singoli mentre il secondo layout a 4 cabine è organizzato in due matrimoniali en suite sulla murata di sinistra e due doppie a letti singoli a dritta. Al comandante è dedicata una cabina privata en suite mentre i marinai possono riposare in due cabine doppie. Anche per questa zona è disponibile un secondo layout con cabina comandante a estrema prua.
Per gli interni sono stati scelti materiali quali parquet, pelle, vetro fumé a base laccata, nabuck e bronzo per le finiture.
A poppa è previsto il Submersible Hatch, il sistema di movimentazione del portellone del garage e della spiaggetta che offre agli ospiti gli agi di un grande beach club e consente all’equipaggio la facile gestione di un tender lungo fino a 4 metri.
MOTORIZZAZIONE E PRESTAZIONI
Ferretti Yachts 920 è disponibile in tre diversi tipi di motorizzazione (tutti MTU).
La prima unità monta una coppia di motori a 16V, 2000 M96 (2.435 Mhp) che consentirebbero alla barca di raggiungere i 26 nodi ad andatura di crociera e i 30 nodi di velocità massima. Su Ferretti Yachts 920 sono incluse anche pinne zero speed e stabilizzatori Seakeeper.

The new maxi flybridge yacht Ferretti Yachts 920 (28.49 meters LOA, hull 23,98 meters), fruit of the collaboration between the Ferretti Group’s Project Strategy Committee and its Engineering Department working alongside the Studio Zuccon International Project, makes its international début at the 2017 Cannes Yachting Festival.
The first major new feature involves raising the height of the bow. As well as giving the yacht an imposing presence on the water, this has allowed the addition of a wide-body master suite on the main deck. The detailing on the gunwale, which also helps to emphasise the yacht’s ‘aggressive’ character, continues beyond the bulwark walkways, ‘cutting’ into the design of the windows in the master cabin.
The exterior spaces offer an impressive amount of space for relaxation as well as luxurious furnishings. The space located forward, in particular, is the largest ever on a Ferretti Yachts vessel of this size.
The flybridge, covered by a special blacked-out window, is a panoramic deck designed for relaxation, especially amidships and in the stern.
Two layouts are available for the main area of the lower deck: the first unit includes 3 large en-suite cabins while the 4-cabin layout is organised into two en-suite double cabins on the port side and two doubles with single beds on the starboard side.
Great attention is paid to the crew: the captain can enjoy a private ensuite cabin while the crew can relax in two double cabins. A second layout is also available for this area, with a captain’s cabin at the foredeck.
The stern area features a Submersible Hatch, the famous system used to move the garage door and swimming platform, offering guests all the comfort of a spacious beach club and allowing the crew to handle a tender measuring up to 4 m in length with ease.
The Ferretti Yachts 920 is available with three different types of MTU engine. The first unit comes fitted with two 16V, 2000 M96 engines, generating 2.435 MHP, allowing the yacht to reach a cruising speed of 26 knots and a maximum speed of 30 knots. The Ferretti Yachts 920 also includes zero-speed fins and Seakeeper stabilisers.
