EQUILIBRIO SENZA TEMPO. TANKOA YACHTS HA ANNUNCIATO IL DEBUTTO MONDIALE DELL’S501 M/Y VERTIGE AL PROSSIMO MONACO YACHT SHOW 2017 (17-30 SETTEMBRE). I FOCUS? DESIGN CHE NON CONOSCE MODE E VISIONE CONTINUA SUL MARE.

Il nuovo S501 M/Y Vertige, seconda unità del cantiere italiano Tankoa Yachts, farà il suo esordio ufficiale in occasione del prossimo Monaco Yacht Show 2017. L’imbarcazione, costruita interamente in una lega leggera di alluminio 5083, è stata realizzata in collaborazione con Francesco Paszkowski.

Lo scafo numero uno dell’S501, lungo fuori tutto 49,90 metri e largo massimo 9.40 metri, dispone di sei cabine di cui: una cabina armatoriale e una suite master sul ponte principale, 2 cabine Vip e 2 Ospiti sul ponte inferiore, palestra/beach club a prua, home cinema, un garage per il tender di oltre 7 metri, 2 jet sky ed un altro tender di servizio a prua. Da evidenziare che nella cabina armatoriale e in quella Vip il livello di rumore rimane al di sotto dei 50 decibel.

Per consentire una visione continua e ottimale sul mare si è fatto un ampio uso di vetrate a tutta altezza con murate abbassate nel salone principale oltre a prevedere terrazze laterali apribili lunghe tre metri sia nella cabina armatoriale sia a poppa nel salotto all’aperto.

La prima prova in mare, avvenuta con un vento di tramontana da 25 fino a 30 nodi (solitamente ci si basa su 5 nodi di vento e mare calmo), ha dimostrato la stabilità dello yacht anche disattivando le pinne stabilizzatrici. La velocità massima raggiunta con un carico del 60 per cento è stata di 16,5 nodi. L’S501 (2x kW 746, 1.600 rpm, 8V4000M54R, TIER III) ha un’autonomia di oltre 5.000 miglia nautiche a 13,5 nodi di velocità.

TEUTONIC. TANKOA YACHTS ANNOUNCED THE WORLD DEBUT OF THE S501 M/Y VERTIGE, ITS SECOND UNIT, AT NEXT MONACO YACHT SHOW 2017 (27-30 SEPTEMBER).

The yacht S501 Tankoa Yachts M/Y Vertige, entirely built in aluminum light alloy 5083, is a 50-meter yacht with six cabins that includes: a full beam owner suite equipped with two lateral foldout terraces on main deck, two Vips and two guest cabins on the lower deck, a beach club/gym in the transom area, an home cinema on the upper deck, a 7 meters tender garage, two jet skis and a rescue tender.

Tankoa’s management team worked in collaboration with Francesco Paszkowski to design the project and fulfill the following set goals: achieve a balanced and timeless design
and offer perfect circulation flows for owners and guests providing them with the possibility to move from deck to deck and from inside to outside area without interfering with the working crew.

Other amenities include floor to ceiling windows and an aft deck equipped with an oversized sun pad that increase the already considerable available space.

Its full displacement aluminum hull helps to reduce both draft and fuel consumption while allowing for easy maintenance.

Sea trails took place with over a meter waves and a crossed choppy sea with northerly wind gusts up to 30 knots. Vertige reached a top speed of 16.5 knots at 60% load. To notice that decibel readings levels in the owner’s suite and Vip cabin were below 50 decibels.

S501 has a range of over 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots, which really makes a difference when going for Atlantic crossings.
