UN SIGNORE DEL MARE. IN ATTESA DEL DEBUTTO MONDIALE IL PROSSIMO SETTEMBRE, E’ STATA VARATA LA PRIMA UNITA’ DEL NUOVO FLYBRIDGE FERRETTI YACHTS 780.
L’ultimo nato della flotta dedicata alla produzione dei flybridge del brand dai 75 ai 96 piedi di lunghezza è il Ferretti Yachts 780. Lungo 78,9 piedi (24 metri), il 780, la cui prima unità è stata appena varata, nasce dalla collaborazione fra il Comitato Strategico di Prodotto, Direzione Engineering Ferretti Group e lo Studio Zuccon International Project.
Dal design aerodinamico, questo yacht dalle linee nette e filanti presenta uno scafo che riprende lo stilema a tre finestrature in corrispondenza delle cabine ospiti già visto sui Ferretti Yachts 450 e 550.
La sportività di questa imbarcazione è sottolineata anche dalla marcata separazione tra le parti in vetroresina e le superfici vetrate. Nella sovrastruttura sono riproposte le forme dei flybridge sopra gli 80 piedi, a cui si aggiunge il cupolino frontale e laterale in corrispondenza della plancia di comando.
A bordo sono previste 4 cabine di cui una suite armatoriale a tutto vaglio con una duplice vetrata con oblò integrati a filo, una cabina VIP a estrema prua e due cabine ospiti.
Per quanto riguarda l’area di poppa, grazie a un innovativo sistema di apertura del portellone che vede “scendere insieme o separatamente” le sue due sezioni, una volta completata la movimentazione si può contare su due grandi sun pad a ridosso del mare. Sopra la spiaggetta, dietro richiesta, può trovare posto un tender.
MOTORIZZAZIONE E PRESTAZIONI
Il 780 è equipaggiato con una coppia di propulsori MAN dalla potenza di 1.400 mhp che gli consentirebbero di mantenere un’andatura di crociera di 24 nodi toccando una velocità massima di 28 nodi. In alternativa si potrebbero montare due MAN dalla potenza di 1.550 mhp (26 nodi velocità di crociera e fino 31 nodi di top speed).

The new flybridge Ferretti Yachts 780 hit the water last 22 June in Cattolica, Italy. This new model was born from the collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee, the Ferretti Group Engineering Department and Studio Zuccon International Project.
With a length of 78.9 feet (24 metres), the 780 it represents an ideal link between the under-70 fleet and the larger vessels.
This philosophy is also evident in the aerodynamic design which is brought to life by the clean shapes and sleek lines accentuated by the choice to resize the height of the hull’s topsides to the benefit of the overall sporty character of the yacht. The aggressive look is enhanced by the separation between fiberglass elements and the glass surfaces.
The hull design in particular takes the stylistic feature of the three windows corresponding to the guest cabins, from the new Ferretti Yachts 450 and 550. In the superstructure, we find the shapes of the over 80’ flybridge yachts, which are added to the front and side section of the command station.
An important innovation is the stern area which offers the comforts of a real beach club with the new door operating system. Once the tailgate is fully opened, the space is transformed into a remarkable relaxing area close to the water.
