L’Hublot Techframe Ferrari 70 Years Tourbillon Chronograph, con cassa con struttura modulare (45mm x 14,80 mm), è disponibile in tre versioni: King Gold lucidato micropallinato (Ref.408.OI.0123.RX, 156.000 euro), Carbon PEEK unidirezionale (Ref. 408.QU.0123.RX, 135.000 euro) e titanio lucidato micropallinato (Ref. 408.NI.0123.RX, 125.000 euro). Per ciascuna di esse la produzione è limitata a 70 esemplari.
Creato e progettato da Ferrari sotto la guida del Responsabile del design Flavio Manzoni, il nuovo Techframe Ferrari 70 Years Tourbillon Chronograph è stato concepito da Ferrari con gli stessi processi creativi utilizzati per sviluppare una nuova auto sportiva. Il suo motore è il movimento HUB6311, cronografo tourbillon a carica manuale (253 componenti, 21.600 a/h, 115 ore/5 giorni di riserva di carica). Intorno al calibro di manifattura, i progettisti ne hanno elaborato il telaio, trattato con rutenio antracite e caratterizzato da una struttura a reticolo a richiamare il mondo delle corse e che conferisce all’orologio una massima resistenza per un peso minimo.
Sul Techframe nulla è lasciato al caso: i contatori del cronografo sono inseriti sulla struttura nera del quadrante in modo da garantire un’ottimale leggibilità, la corona al 4, evidenziata da un inserto in titanio PVD nero decorato con l’iconico cavallino rampante, riduce al massimo le dimensioni dell’orologio accrescendone l’aerodinamicità mentre il pulsante in alluminio anodizzato nel famoso rosso P485 Ferrari, posizionato in modo da facilitarne l’utilizzo anche durante la guida, rende il design di questo tourbillon e cronografo monopulsante più ergonomico.
Sul quadrante in zaffiro, antiriflesso lato esterno e interno e con rehaut in vernice opaca nera, è possibile intravedere la meccanica, il tourbillon la cui gabbia compie un giro al minuto e una parte rialzata esterna contenente il timer. Un blocco nero opaco progettato da Ferrari e applicato allo zaffiro, propone all’1 la ruota a colonne, a ore 3 un doppio contatore dei mezzi secondi ispirato alle corse e a ore 11 il contatore dei minuti. Il logo Hublot è a ore 5 mentre quello Ferrari è visibile a ore 9. Le lancette, riempite con SuperLuminova bianco, sono satinate e rodiate (titanio e PEEK Carbon) o in oro 5N (King Gold).
Impermeabile fino a 30 metri, l’orologio ha un fondello in zaffiro antiriflesso lato esterno e interno decorato con la dicitura “Ferrari 70 Years” e con l’incisione in lacca nera lucida “LIMITED EDITION, No. XX/70”.
Il cinturino in caucciù liscio nero, facilmente intercambiabile agendo su due pulsanti laterali in rosso P485 Ferrari, è assicurato al polso da una fibbia déployante con copertura in titanio PVD nero, titanio o King Gold con la decorazione incisa del logo Hublot riempita con lacca nera lucida.

The Hublot Techframe Ferrari 70 years Tourbillon Chronograph is available in three versions: King Gold (Ref.408.OI.0123.RX,156.000 euro), PEEK Carbon (Ref. 408.QU.0123.RX, 135.000 euro) and titanium (Ref. 408.NI.0123.RX, 125.000 euro). Each of which is produced in 70 pieces.
This watch, a perfect fusion of the automotive and watchmaking worlds, is created and designed by Ferrari, under the leadership of Head of Design Flavio Manzoni using the same creative processes as that used to develop a new sports car.
The starting point for the designers was the HUB6311 in-house calibre with manual winding (253 components, 21.600 a/h, 5 days of power reserve). The “engine”, treated with ruthenium anthracite, has a lattice structure that offers maximum strength for minimal weight.
No component is there by chance: the black structure on the dial holds the chronograph counters offering a very good legibility, the crown at 4 o’clock, raised by a black PVD Titanium insert decorated with the iconic Prancing Horse, reduces the size of the watch to the greatest possible extent increasing its aerodynamic look. Finally, the red push-button, strategically placed to facilitate its use even when driving, makes the design more ergonomic.
The chassis case (45mm x 14,80 mm) with a modular construction of three components (skeleton middle, container and back cover) is available in King Gold, Titanium and PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) Carbon. The single-button chronograph is handled by an original lever in the famous P485 Ferrari red anodised aluminium.
The tourbillon that is visible on the sapphire dial. Thanks to an ingenious construction principle, this innovative mechanism offers both the aesthetics of a flying tourbillon and the operational stability of a tourbillon with two pivot points. This double advantage is made possible by a sapphire crystal, which is practically invisible, placed above the cage that rotates once a minute and holds the upper part of the tourbillon using a bridge.
The Ferrari logo is clearly visible at the 9 o’clock position whilst the Hublot logo is at 5 o’clock. The sapphire dial reveals the cutting edge mechanics that it shelters, and an external raised section holds the timer. A matt black block designed by Ferrari, affixed to the sapphire holds arace-inspired twin half-second counter at 3 o’clock, the minutes counter at 11 o’clock and the column wheel at 1 o’clock—the brain controlling this sleek chronograph with tangential coupling.
The back cover of the case is engraved in black with “Limited Edition, No. XX/70” and the sapphire back is adorned with “Ferrari 70 Years”.
Water resistance 30 metres, the watch is equipped with an interchangeable (two lateral push-buttons made in the famous P485 Ferrari red make it easy to change the strap) black rubber strap fitted with a folding clasp with a cover in PVD titanium with a plate decorated with King Gold, PEEK carbon or titanium, with the Hublot logo.
