E’ TUTTA UNA QUESTIONE DI DIAMETRI. IL MARCHIO TEDESCO MEISTERSINGER FA UN SALTO DI DIAMETRO PROPONENDO UNA VERSIONE MAGGIORATA DEL SUO MODELLO ENTRY-LEVEL NEO DA 36 MILLIMETRI. QUESTA NUOVA REFERENZA, CHIAMATA NON A CASO NEO PLUS, SFOGGIA UNA CASSA DI 40 MILLIMETRI DI DIAMETRO.
Al pari del Meistersinger Neo, modello presentato per la prima volta nel 2011, anche il nuovo Neo Plus si caratterizza per il suo quadrante dalle linee pulite con lancetta singola (segno distintivo del brand) e dall’uso del sobrio carattere Helvetica sans serif.
La cassa, di 40 millimetri di diametro, ideale per essere indossata sia da polsi maschili sia femminili, è in acciaio inox. Al suo interno pulsa un movimento automatico ETA 2824-2 (28.800 a/h, 38 ore di riserva di carica e datario che si legge nel discreto oblò a ore 6 che riprende il rotondo della cassa).
Impermeabile fino a 30 metri di profondità, il Neo Plus, abbinato a un cinturino in pelle, è proposto in diverse tonalità: sunburst blu, verde bottiglia, nero, avorio e bianco matt opalino. Interessante il decoro inciso proposto lato fondello.

FROM 36 TO 40. THE GERMAN BRAND PRESENTED A LARGER VERSION OF ITS MEISTERSINGER NEO. THIS ENTRY LEVEL MODEL IS NOW PROPOSED ALSO WITH A CASE OF 40 MILLIMETERS. THE NEO PLUS IS AVAILABLE IN FIVE DIFFERENT COLOURS.
The MeisterSinger Neo with the 36 millimeters diameter case is now complemented by a 40 millimeters “big sister” model: the Neo Plus.
This larger version remains true to the design principles of the original Neo: Its digits have been set in sober, sans serif Helvetica and the round date window matches the shape of the case making it an essential graphic element of the watch with its contrasting date disk.
The Neo Plus is available in five different colors: ivory, black, sunburst green and blue and opaline, a silvery, matt shimmering white. The black dial displays highlights that no Neo has ever had, as the MeisterSinger hour hand and the date disk have been designed in a bold red and the green model now sports a red 12-hour index.
The Neo Plus features a flat-domed glass made of hardened plastic and its screwed back with striking relief pattern makes the stainless steel case water-resistant up to a pressure of three bar. The wristwatch is powered by a Swiss automatic movement and comes with a suede strap that matches the color of the dial.
