Ispirata alle corse e al successo del reparto Audi Sport Customer Racing, l‘Audi R8 V10 Audi Sport Edition è una serie speciale di soli 200 esemplari, non disponibili sul mercato italiano. “Il 2016 è stato l’anno di maggior successo nella storia del nostro reparto corse clienti Audi Sport Customer Racing – dichiara Stephan Winkelmann, direttore di Audi Sport GmbH. Con la R8 LMS abbiamo conquistato 24 titoli, 85 vittorie e oltre 100 piazzamenti sul podio”.
Si può avere in colorazione grigio Floret (opaco o lucido), nero Mythos e bianco Ibis. La carrozzeria, a prescindere dal colore scelto, presenta personalizzazioni che richiamano le competizioni: sideblade e calotte degli specchi retrovisori in rosso Brillante, calandra single frame, spoiler anteriore ed estrattore posteriore in Titanschwarz e scarichi trapezoidali in nero brillante.
La serie speciale della coupé tedesca monta ruote da 20″ in alluminio forgiato (con trama a “Y” e verniciate in nero con bordo argentato) con pneumatici 245/30 all’anteriore e 305/30 al posteriore.
L’abitacolo è personalizzato con soglie battitacco in alluminio con scritta “Audi Sport” e con il numero progressivo dell’esemplare, volante Performance a 3 razze (con striscia rossa sulle ore 12), sedili in pelle bicolore nero/rosso Express con cuciture Argento a contrasto, inserti e diffusori d’aria in fibra di carbonio.

the Audi R8 V10 Audi Sport Edition is bringing more motorsport emotion to the production car realm with its expressive interplay of the colors silver, red and black, and exclusive interior equipment. It will be built in a limited production run of 200 cars, and orders can be placed worldwide beginning in May 2017
Regardless of what body color the customer chooses – floret silver, matt or gloss, includes mythos black and ibis white – the sideblades and exterior mirrors have a brilliant red finishing. Front spoiler, Singleframe grille and diffuser insert, all in titanium black – yet another facet of the car’s distinctive character. At the rear, trapezoidal tailpipe trims in gloss black enhance the dynamic effect of the car’s design.
Audi Sport GmbH has equipped the special edition with 20-inch wheels of forged aluminum, with 245/30 front tires and 305/30 rear tires. The rims in an eye-catching 10-spoke Y design feature a gloss anthracite black paint finish and stand out with their silver edges.
The interior welcomes driver and passenger with illuminated door sill trims. Their aluminum inlays bear the Audi Sport and the inscription “1/200”. The door trims and sport seats are in fine Nappa leather, with a color combination of black and express red. The seat backrests are embossed with the R8 emblem – an exclusive design element for the special edition model. Contrasting stitching in dark silver accents the steering wheel (flat-bottomed, leather-covered, emblazoned with an R8 emblem and equipped with an express red stripe at the 12 o’clock position), door trims and seats.
. In Germany prices of the model powered by the V10 variant with 397 kW (540 hp) start at EUR 181,900. And prices of the car with the V10 plus variant, which delivers 449 kW (610 hp) of power, start at EUR 205,800. Deliveries will begin in late summer of 2017.
